Ces Cheung, a licensed clinical psychologist and psychometrician, was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines. She currently serves as a clinical associate at Inner Peace PH. Ces earned her Master of Science degree in Psychology, majoring in Clinical Psychology, from De La Salle University–Manila. She is also a certified life coach, having completed her training at the Collective Change Institute in Singapore under the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Ces has been a faculty member of the University of San Carlos Psychology Department and actively engages in research on the health-seeking behaviors of individuals with mood or bipolar disorders. She is also working on translating depression, anxiety, and stress assessment scales into the Cebuano language. Currently, Ces is training to become a certified play practitioner and anticipates providing play therapy services to child and adolescent clients by the end of 2025.

Outside of her professional and academic roles, Ces values spending time with her loved ones and actively contributes to community programs in Cebu. She is deeply committed to initiatives that uphold life-affirming values and advocate for the well-being of families.
