Inner Peace Mental Health Services is a private psychological clinic based in Cebu City. The company provides expert and compassionate care for people with emotional difficulties and mental health concerns. We also conduct mental health related programs for organizations around the Philippines.
PHILIPP CHEN R. TAN, M.A., RPsy
Chen is a registered psychologist who graduated his BS Psychology and MA Clinical Psychology at the University of San Carlos.
In practice, he focuses on using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based methods.
He has been a trainer and Chief Learning Officer of Cebu Teambuilding Facilitators Network (CTFN) since 2016. He enjoys facilitating play-based learning events to enhance teamwork in companies.
He is also a Certified Mental Health First Response (MHFR) Instructor. He conducts MHFR trainings whenever he can as part of his advocacy.
PSYCHOTHERAPY AND CONSULTATION
Sessions aim at educating, preventing, and treating problems in work or personal life. Common problems we treat include lack of sleep, depression, and anxiety.
Tests and interviews help us gain insight about a person's personality or functioning. This information may be used for work decisions or even legal cases.
TRAINING EVENTS AND SEMINARS
Seminars improve the skills and mindset of participants. Seminars may include mental health awareness, stress management, and suicide intervention.
