Policies
To avoid confusion and wasted time, we have created guidelines for clients to follow. Please take note of the following:
- NO REFUNDS. Deposits are non-refundable.
- RESCHEDULING. You are only allowed to RESCHEDULE your appointment 2 TIMES, given the rescheduling is made AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the scheduled appointment time.
- CANCELLATIONS. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time result in FORFEIT of your deposit and will require a new deposit for the creation of a new appointment.
- LATE APPOINTMENTS. If you are late for your appointment, we will wait until 30 minutes after your scheduled time. The session will still finish at the originally planned time. After 30 minutes, we cannot see you anymore (time would not be enough for the attention and care that we would like to give you), and your deposit will be forfeited as well.
- CONSENT. If you are booking for someone else, it is a must in our clinic that the client you are booking for consents to taking therapy/counseling. We respect the privacy, autonomy, and decision-making of all our clients, and it is our commitment to provide therapy in an environment where everyone feels informed, safe, and supported.
