Hailing from the vibrant city of Cebu, Philippines, Mica is a seasoned counselor and educator, dedicated to guiding individuals towards emotional well-being and self-fulfillment. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Cebu Doctors’ University, Mica brings over six years of counseling expertise and four years of professional teaching.

Balancing her roles as a counselor, educator, and mentor, Mica blends compassion and practicality in every session, aiming to make mental health services more accessible and relatable. Outside her professional pursuits, she finds joy in being with nature, staying engaged with her community, and creative endeavors, bringing a blend of structured expertise and warm-hearted spontaneity to every interaction.
