Blanche Abellana, Psychologist

Hi, I’m Blanche, a Registered Psychologist from Cebu. I’ve always been curious about people – their experiences, challenges, and the strengths they draw on to navigate life. I find that there is always wisdom in what people have lived through, and that curiosity, combined with my genuine interest in connecting with others, is what led me to pursue this work.

I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, depressive symptoms, attachment concerns, life transitions, and work-related challenges. However, I also welcome anyone who is seeking a safe, compassionate space to explore their thoughts and emotions. In my practice, I place great importance on cultivating kindness and understanding within the therapeutic alliance, so that together, we can work toward extending that same compassion inward.

I offer sessions in Cebuano, Filipino, and English, making it easier for you to express yourself in the language you’re most comfortable with.
