Jjannette Dolour M. Bascug is a registered psychologist dedicated to building self-awareness and practical skills for day-to-day functioning. She has worked across community settings, including residential orphanage care and school-based services, providing counseling, psychological assessment, brief evidence-based interventions, and facilitating mental-health programs.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Scholastica’s College Tacloban, Inc., and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of San Carlos.

In practice, Jjannette utilizes cognitive processing approaches to enhance emotion regulation, integrating a trauma-sensitive, client-centered framework. Her work focuses on understanding the intricate relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, guiding individuals toward self-awareness, acceptance, and healing.

Jjannette appreciates the process of building sustainable habits and unwinds with anime, reading, and quiet moments of reflection.
