Clinical Associate

As a clinical associate at Inner Peace PH, she believes that listening means seeing beyond words to recognize the subtle disguises of human suffering. Her work centers on attachment and trauma, with a focus on empathy and creating safe spaces where clients can be their true selves.

She is interested in incorporating body movements like yoga into healing practices, honoring the connection between body and mind. She also aim to develop community-based and group interventions to bring support and growth to broader audiences. Her expertise lies in guiding clients through healing attachment wounds and understanding emotional schemas, using positive psychology and trauma-informed approaches.

At Inner Peace PH, she works with values of respect, hope, and resilience, knowing therapy isn’t about fixing people but about helping them discover their own strength. She believes that the heart of therapy is empathy activated, an invitation to sit with another’s pain without needing to fix, rush, or judge. It’s also about conveying hope—a hope drawn from my own experiences of being helped and healed. Listening, in this field, is a disciplined, almost meditative activity, where her personal needs are set aside to hold space for the client’s growth.

Outside work, She is inspired by sports, reading, and anything under the sun—from making tea to people-watching. She finds inspiration in anything under the sun, enjoying moments of mindfulness and reflection. Each person she meets and every story she hears remind her that healing is not linear or prescriptive. Instead, it’s deeply individual, and her role is to accompany each person on their own path.
